1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to the EfficiU website service and the related iOS, macOS, and Windows companion applications used to access that service. If a separate written contract, order form, or enterprise agreement applies between EfficiU and your organization, that specific agreement prevails in case of conflict.

2. Business Customers Only

EfficiU is offered exclusively to professional customers. It is not intended as a consumer offering. Access is purchased or otherwise provisioned outside app stores.

3. Accounts and Authorized Users

Access requires an account provisioned for your organization. You are responsible for ensuring that only authorized personnel use the service and companion applications under your organization's account, and for keeping credentials and device access appropriately protected.

4. License and Permitted Use

Subject to these terms and any applicable commercial agreement, EfficiU grants your organization a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service and companion applications for your internal professional operations. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or copy/distribute the applications except as permitted by law and contract.

5. Availability, Changes, and Support

EfficiU may update, improve, or secure the service and companion applications over time. Planned maintenance, security measures, or platform constraints may affect availability. Support contact details are published on the public Support page.

6. Data Protection

Processing of personal data is described in the public Privacy Notice. Where EfficiU processes personal data on behalf of a customer organization, the parties may require a separate data processing agreement.

7. Third-Party Platform Terms

Distribution platforms such as Apple may apply their own terms to the app binary delivered through that platform. Those platform terms do not replace the commercial relationship for the underlying EfficiU service between EfficiU and the professional customer.
