Terms of Service

These terms govern professional customer access to the EfficiU service through the website and companion applications.

Open font licenses

Openly licensed fonts are loaded directly from our website. Font rendering makes no connection to Google Fonts.

1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to the EfficiU website service and the related iOS, macOS, and Windows companion applications used to access that service. If a separate written contract, order form, or enterprise agreement applies between EfficiU and your organization, that specific agreement prevails in case of conflict.

2. Business Customers Only

Before activating the organisation owner account, you agree and expressly accept the applicable contractual terms and offer for your organisation. A website request or email confirmation does not replace contractual acceptance.

EfficiU is offered exclusively to professional customer organisations, not consumers or families. The iOS, macOS and Windows apps are free companion clients. Authorised users receive organisation access outside app stores under a separate agreement. A website request is neither an order nor account creation; scope, pricing and privacy are agreed before launch.

3. Accounts and Authorized Users

Access requires an account provisioned for your organization. Your organization is responsible for ensuring that only authorized personnel use the service and companion applications and that credentials and device access remain appropriately protected.

4. License and Permitted Use

Subject to these terms and any applicable commercial agreement, EfficiU grants your organization a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service and companion applications for internal professional operations. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or copy or distribute the applications except as permitted by law and contract.

5. Professional Responsibility and AI Outputs

EfficiU is intended as AI-assisted organisation and documentation support, not as a medical device. AI outputs are reviewable drafts; medical, billing, and other professional decisions remain with authorised professionals.

6. Availability, Changes, and Support

EfficiU may update, improve, or secure the service and companion applications over time. Planned maintenance, security measures, or platform constraints may affect availability. Support contact details are published on the public Support page.

7. Data Protection

Processing of personal data is described in the public Privacy Notice. Where EfficiU processes personal data on behalf of a customer organization, the parties may require a separate data processing agreement.

8. Third-Party Platform Terms

Distribution platforms such as Apple may apply their own terms to the app binary delivered through that platform. Those platform terms do not replace the commercial relationship for the underlying EfficiU service between EfficiU and the professional customer.
